- Primarily located online, but a physical location necessary to preserve data.
- For the culture to be grounded in Humanity, must have access to the knowledge of humanity.
Design:
- Multiple ways to sort texts and works: Timeline, Genre, Subject, Author, etc...
- Texts available in multiple languages and formats.
- Primary: The text or work itself.
- Secondary: Texts or works directly related to Primary source.
- Tertiary: Texts or works summing up Primary, usually using Secondary works.
- Ability to make commentaries on texts, share commentaries, read other's commentaries
- Either ability to directly add texts/works, or ability to suggest texts/works to be added.
- Social Network aspect in order to comment on texts/works, share texts/works, or share commentaries, and anything else appropriate.
