I realized the other day that I haven't been posting any local art. Here's my first attempt to rectify that, and I'm sure it will be followed by many more attempts.
This miniature is from a stained glass window in one of the chapels on campus. It measures only a few inches tall and a few wide, but I find its simple beauty arresting. Note the clarity of line, the plainness of colour, and the austerity of overall design. Simple beauty, that is what it is.
